Nominations and messages

The forms request your name, email address, and the information you choose to provide about a company or inquiry. The founder uses this information to review nominations, research potential interviews, respond to questions, and follow up where needed.

Forms are submitted through Formspree, a third-party form service that processes submissions for delivery and spam prevention. Please share public supporting links and avoid including sensitive personal information or confidential company records.

Publication and follow-up

Submitting a nomination or message does not publish it on this site. Award decisions and reporting will identify their supporting evidence; unpublished material or quotations will be discussed with the contributor before being used publicly.

Your email address is used for follow-up about your submission. Sending a form does not add you to a mailing list.
